Education, not advice
SCUTA is a purely educational platform. We do not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to enter or exit any market. No author on this Site is holding themselves out as your adviser. If you need advice that is tailored to you, hire someone who is licensed to give it where you live.
You can lose money
Trading futures, options, leveraged FX, and even unlevered securities can result in the loss of some or all of the capital you commit. Leveraged products can lose more than the cash you posted as margin. Past screenshots, hypothetical R-multiples, and classroom win rates do not predict your next ticket.
Leverage is not a detail
A futures multiplier turns a small price change into a large cash change. Margin is a bond, not a lid on the loss. If you do not understand the difference, do not size a live contract from a teaching calculator. The futures tool on this Site exists to make that difference visible — it does not make the product safe.
Simulated and calculated output is not a fill
The expectancy simulator, compounding table, futures sizer, and checklist score are models. They use assumptions you type and, in the Monte Carlo case, random numbers. They do not know your broker’s book, your fees, your slippage, or the moment a gap jumps a stop. A pretty equity curve is not a live account. Treating tool output as a result you already earned is a category error.
Mock data
Economic calendar rows in development are invented for layout and filters. Do not schedule risk around them. When a live provider is connected, that provider — not SCUTA — is the source of the timestamps, and even then prints can revise.
No performance claim
SCUTA does not publish an audited track record on this Site and does not ask you to believe one. “Documented results” means the habit of writing down your own process and outcomes. It is not a representation that the authors are profitable, that a funded evaluation is likely, or that a strategy in an article will transfer to your session.
Conflicts and third parties
Future sponsorships or product mentions, if any, will be labeled. Links to social channels are placeholders. We are not responsible for what a third-party venue does with your data or your money.
Jurisdiction
Market rules differ by country. Some products may be illegal or restricted for you. It is your job to know that. Nothing on the Site is intended to solicit business in a place where the operator is not permitted to speak.
